Construction is one of the toughest industries to work in and one of the most rewarding. But for many women, it also comes with unique pressures, higher expectations, and moments where you feel like you’re navigating all of it on your own.
This group was created to change that.
A place where women can grow, build confidence, and get real support from people who understand what it feels like to work in a male-dominated field.
Our first cohort began in January 2026.

Led by a Coach Who Has Walked Beside Women in This Industry
The program is led by Alison Grimley, one of the coaches at 4 Level who works directly with women and builders in our main program.
Alison brings deep experience in mindset, communication, leadership, emotional load management, and helping women strengthen how they show up at work and in life.
This group is open to any woman working in construction, whether you’re already part of the 4 Level community or connecting with us for the first time.
For women in our main program, this community is a powerful complement — a space to work through the specific challenges that come with being a woman in this industry. For women new to us, it stands strong on its own as a supportive, practical, growth-driven program.

Is this only for women who are already in the 4 Level program?
No. This group is open to any woman working in construction.
If you’re a 4 Level client, this complements the work you’re already doing. If you’re new to 4 Level, it works as a stand-alone program.
How often are the calls?
Live coaching calls are held bi-weekly (every two weeks).
Replays are available if you can’t make a call.
Do I need to be in a leadership role to join?
No. This group is for women at any stage — from office admin to project manager to business owner.
What if I can’t attend every call?
Replays will be available inside the community.
How much time should I expect to commit?
Bi-weekly calls plus any time you choose to engage in the community.
There’s no pressure, the program is designed to fit a busy schedule.
Is this a safe, private space?
Yes. What’s shared in the group stays in the group.
We are committed to a supportive and respectful environment.
