Team Builder

Phase 2

Great builders don’t just build homes, they build business structures that last.

Team Builder is where you stop carrying the business on your back and start building a structure that runs without you, a business structure designed for growth, not chaos.

The Challenge

When your business depends on you for every decision, progress stalls.
Hiring is reactive, responsibilities overlap, and you spend more time putting out fires than leading.

If you’re buried in daily operations and can’t find time to grow, this phase builds the foundation your team needs to perform within a defined business structure that everyone understands.

Builder Transformation

Before Team Builder, you’re the bottleneck, everything runs through you, and growth feels impossible.

After Team Builder, your crew knows exactly what success looks like, decisions get made without you, and you finally have the time to lead, not manage.

You stop micromanaging and start multiplying results through people who own their roles within a strong business structure.

Team Builder - Frequently Asked Questions

That’s perfectly fine, Team Builder meets you where you are.

Even if you only have a few employees or rely on subs, this phase helps define structure, roles, and clear accountability so your business can grow without chaos.

Both.

We start by clarifying your current structure, then identify gaps or overloaded roles.

If new hires are needed, we’ll guide you through the hiring process and help define A-player scorecards so you bring on the right people, not just anyone.

It’s both and that’s what makes us different.

We coach you on leadership and delegation, then our team helps you implement scorecards, meeting rhythms, and accountability systems so your structure works in real life.

Plan for 60-90 minutes weekly.

You’ll have structured coaching sessions, but most of the heavy lifting – setup, templates, and system creation, is done with your Success Coach and Systems CIA.

You’ll know quickly.

Through A-player assessments and role alignment exercises, we’ll identify who’s in the right seat, who can grow, and where adjustments may be needed.

You’ll finally have a clear, objective way to evaluate your team, not just rely on gut instinct.
